London, 21 August 2025 – Charge Holdings Ltd, the British luxury automotive and advanced manufacturing group, today announced the completion of its acquisition of LAB364 Ltd, a specialist paint and surface technology company based in the United Kingdom.

The acquisition marks a strategic expansion of the group’s capabilities in high-end finishing, coatings, and surface innovation, supporting the wider Charge Holdings portfolio of performance and luxury automotive brands.

Enhancing Group Integration

LAB364 will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary within the Charge Holdings group, providing specialist finishing, coatings, and composites support to both internal and external clients. The facility will serve as a cornerstone for the group’s advanced manufacturing and paint innovation strategy, ensuring complete control over the quality and detail expected of ultra-luxury automotive production.

The acquisition strengthens Charge Holdings’ vertical integration, aligning design, engineering, and finishing within one group structure. This integration enables greater efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the development of Charge Automotive’s ’67 and future projects under the group’s expanding brand portfolio.

A Strategic Step Forward

The acquisition of LAB364 follows Charge Holdings’ November 2024 purchase of the Charge Cars brand, IP, and assets, and forms part of the group’s wider strategy to establish a world-class platform for heritage performance brands and advanced manufacturing operations.
