London, 1 October 2025Charge Holdings Ltd, the British luxury automotive and advanced manufacturing group, today confirmed that it is in the final stages of acquiring a heritage performance marque, marking a significant step toward its mission of building a low-volume, high-value automotive group focused on craftsmanship, technology, and brand authenticity.

While details remain confidential pending completion, the acquisition will add a historic British performance brand to Charge Holdings’ growing portfolio, complementing existing operations in luxury vehicle design, electrification, and advanced manufacturing.

A Strategic Expansion

The acquisition, expected to complete later this year, supports Charge Holdings’ long-term goal of building a vertically integrated, limited-production automotive group, uniting distinct performance brands under shared engineering, design, and manufacturing capabilities.

It also introduces opportunities for platform sharing, IP collaboration, and component integration across the group — creating greater efficiency, scalability, and cross-brand innovation.

By leveraging shared technology, engineering expertise, and streamlined business functions, Charge Holdings aims to accelerate product development and enhance the value proposition of each brand within the portfolio, while maintaining their individuality and heritage.

Building a Legacy for the Future

The target brand is known for its rich British motorsport heritage and distinctive design DNA, making it a natural fit within Charge Holdings’ philosophy of “heritage meets innovation.”

Upon completion, the brand will operate as an independent subsidiary under the Charge Holdings umbrella, supported by the group’s advanced manufacturing network and centralised technical IP infrastructure.
